Shipping policy

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on normal trading days within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next business day. Normal trading days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Methods

• Royal Mail 24: Orders over 2kg or £35 in total value will be shipped via Royal Mail 24.
• Royal Mail 48: All other orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 48.

Delivery Times

• Royal Mail 24: Expected delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail 48: Expected delivery within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are always free, and will be charged as £0

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing. We are not responsible for such delays.
